PHASE TWO OF THE FIBER 35 DIET
Moderate Weight Loss

Phase Two of the Fiber35 Diet serves as a transition from the accelerated weight loss of Phase One to the long-term Phase Three maintenance of your weight loss and wellness. If you've already reached your weight loss goal in Phase One. Good for you! You can either move to Phase Two or skip to Phase Three: Maintenance for Life. It's up to you.

After achieving your Phase One weight loss goal it now time to focus on the Phase Two weight loss goal you set for yourself when you first began. This is a less restrictive phase of the Fiber35 Diet as it prepares you for the maintenance of Phase Three.

Increase Your Caloric Intake
Phase Two allows you to add 500 calories to the number of calories you enjoyed during Phase One. This addition of calories will not stop your weight loss progress but merely slows the rate of loss to more moderate levels. You will still need to eat 5 - 6 times each day at regular intervals just as you did in Phase One.

Don't Forget the Fiber
Consuming high-quality fiber continues to be an important tool in achieving your weight loss goals, improving your health and fighting disease. Now that you have more food choices and calories available to you it will be even easier to reach the minimum of 35 grams of fiber each day. In fact, you may find yourself easily consuming 40, 45 and 50 grams each day. That's great! Remember 35 grams is the minimum recommended.

Boost Your Metabolism
Just as in Phase One, you must continue to take advantage of myriad benefits of sleep, aerobic exercise, building lean muscle mass, and, of course, drinking lots of water. As you gradually increase your intake of fiber so should your intake of water.

Supplemental Support for Your Metabolism
In addition the techniques you've already been using to keep your metabolism working efficiently, there are natural supplements and other formulas that can provide additional support as you tune your body's metabolism for peak performance. These include thermogenic supplements, colon-cleansing herbal formulas, adrenal and energy support, digestive enzymes to name a few.
